The FUNKY system offers the possibility of setting up time recording on the access control functionality, operating with the same ID media. The entry terminal is connected to a FUNKY AC decoder, which saves the recorded time data. The FUNKY AC system comes with a DATEV interface to simplify evaluation and further processing of data.
Different options of entry terminals
Brooks produces different entry terminals. A simple version categorizes coming and going times from manual operation of a toggle switch, and sends data to the FUNKY AC box. A more convenient form of time recording is available with a display plus touch screen. The person is registered by their ID, while the system automatically detects whether they are coming or going.
If the user requires it, the display may also show extra information like persons present, a registration overview or personal time balances.
Data for time recording are presented in the form of a file that a personnel department can process manually or by a time management program. Files can be handled by common programs.
Connection to software means that the reverse is possible, and data from a program can be shown on the display.
