Product description

The UF80 RFID reader communicates with passive transponders in the ETSI frequency range. Captured data is sent to the higher-level system via an Ethernet interface.

Operating status is indicated by three integrated LEDs. The reader also has three other outputs that can be enabled by protocol commands. 

The reader features an integrated antenna or it can be supplied with an antenna socket for an external UHF antenna with an SMA connector. Power can also be supplied via the Ethernet interface (PoE). 

From software version UF80V1.1 the UF80 reader can be supplied with a stationary SCT configuration transponder that is connected to the cover. This can be used to apply network settings.

The device is of read/write design and complies with standard ISO18000-6C/EPC Global Gen2.
